Praises and Prayer Requests

We have had a busy week!
The yard sale went really well. We were worn out for a few days after it. :) The garage is still a mess, but we'll get to cleaning that later.
We also got a letter in the mail from Immigration with our appointment date for our fingerprints next week. We are glad for the forward progress.

Last night I had a surprise on my Facebook page. The adoption representative in Ecuador sent me a picture that Kayla drew for us! I was pretty speechless and still surprised. I never expected to see something like this until we got there. Here it is...



How fun is that!?!

We recently were told to send in the first half of our Adoption Agency Program fee. The praise is that God has provided almost the amount that we need. A prayer request is that we are able to raise about another $1000 soon. We have the car wash scheduled for next Saturday, the 23rd at Chick-fil-a on Dave Lyle, and a Fundrazr on Facebook going on now so we will watch Him work!

We haven't heard from any of the grant applications we sent in yet. We also applied at Lifesong for Orphans and they will arrange an account for us where people can make tax deductible donations. We don't have that set up yet, but hopefully we will hear from them soon.
